A learning provider wishing to access an advanced learner loans facility must first be approved on the UK Register of Training Organisations (www.ukrlp.co.uk).
Following UKRLP approval, a learning provider must then be in receipt of an advanced learner loans facility agreement with the Skills Funding Agency (SFA).
Advanced learner loans facility agreements are only issued following formal selection processes. The SFA uses its weekly update newsletter to advertise new opportunities for providers to express an interest in having a loan facility, and when such opportunities arise.

Following approval, the SFA will inform the Student Loan Company (SLC) of your organisations contact details and your SLC Account Manager will contact you to arrange access to the loans system.
