You should attend if you're working at a new Learning Provider; you've recently joined an existing provider; you are new to an Advanced Learner Loan role; or you would like a refresher.
We will send you a reminder when registration opens (expected in September) with details on how to register.

Learning Providers will now be prevented from submitting further Change of Circumstances (CoCs) against a withdrawn application. If a CoC is submitted after the application is withdrawn the following message will be displayed:
"A Reverse Withdrawal needs to be performed before any changes are made to a withdrawn application. Please contact the Partners Support Desk on 0300 100 0643 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information."
NB: A fee change can be made at the same time as the withdrawal.
Should a learner transfer Learning Aim post liability whereby the start date of the new course differs from the current course start date, the following message will be displayed when submitting the CoC:
”The Learning Aim you are attempting to transfer is not funded from the learner's course start date. Please contact the Partners Support Desk on 0300 100 0643 or email@example.com for further information.”
