Advanced Learner Loan Bulletin – February 2019

26 February 2019

Enhancement to the Learning Provider Portal

An additional date field has been added within the ‘Provider Details’ area of the LP Portal, the GDPR indicator/date returned field. This will show the date the latest GDPR Agreement was signed and returned to us. This field will be populated during the next seven to ten working days.
We still have approximately 200 FE GDPR Agreements outstanding, as such generic reminder messages will continue to appear on the Home Page.
It is important that the Agreement is returned to us signed to allow continued access to the Learning Provider Portal.

If you have any queries please email the GDPR mailbox

Attendance Confirmations

Learning Providers were encouraged to submit attendance confirmations by the 14 February drawdown date, to ensure payment of tuition fees on 20 February. If you haven't done so already, please ensure that any outstanding confirmations are administered as a matter of urgency.

Service Review Forum Presentation Slides

Following the end of the ALL Service Review Forums held throughout January and February, the presentation slides are now available on the LP Services website.

We would like to thank those who attended for sharing your experiences and contributing to discussion, making these valuable and highly successful events.
