 Enhancements to the Learning Provider Portal

We have made enhancements so that the Attendance work list and the Change of Circumstance work list exports are now available to download in csv format.

Also the Attendance work list export will now include the fields:

  • Learning Aim Title
  • Course Location
  • Course Trainer

We have added links from the Payment Instalment Report to the Detailed Learner Information screen. So, if a user has the correct privileges within the Payment Instalment Report the learner's name will appear as a hyperlink that will navigate them to the customer’s Detailed Learner Information screen.  

Satisfaction Survey

We sent our Satisfaction Survey via email on Monday 23 July. If you haven't already please take the time to complete it, it takes approximately seven minutes. Your answers are anonymous, we will use them to help improve our services should they need it.

SLC’s repayment website has transitioned to GOV.UK

SLC’s corporate and repayment websites are now live on The move means that all repayment information and guidance is available in one location. There will be an automatic redirect in place, so that anyone visiting the previous websites will be able to access the information they need.

Increases to your loans facility for AY 2019/20

The Advanced Learner Loans Funding and Performance Management rules for AY 1920 are now available on the GOV.UK website. View them online here.

You will no longer have the opportunity to apply for growth; instead there will be performance reviews in August, November and March.

If you have an exceptional case and want to be assessed for growth you will need to raise your case with your ESFA territorial team lead before the review point if you want to be considered.
