Enhancement to the Learning Provider Portal

We have amended the Paid YTD column on the Payment Instalment Report. This now contains a hyperlink to a report itemising the Learners associated with the year’s total figures. In addition, the scheduled monthly payment will also be shown in the Unpaid hyperlink.

Attendance Confirmations

The November fixed quarter attendance confirmations are due by 15 November. This will allow us to release payments for Learners who have a positive attendance confirmation. If you miss the drawdown date, payment will be made the following month.

Advanced Learner Loans Processing Times

We are aware that some Learners are currently experiencing delays in the processing of their applications. Please reassure Learners that these extended timescales are due to peak processing volumes and that we will contact them by email to confirm receipt of their documentation. The team is working to ensure that we minimise delays and we're grateful for your patience and support.

Service and GDPR Agreement

If you have not already done so, please ensure that you have signed and returned the GDPR Agreement. It is important that this is returned in order for you to retain your access rights to the Learning Provider Portal.

Service Review Forums

We will be issuing our Save the Date reminders for our annual Service Review Forums soon. These will take place between January and February 2019 across 20 different locations in England.

Watch out for further details with agenda, venues and dates so that you can save your preferred choice into your diary.
