Enhancement to the Learning Provider Portal

COC work list warning message enhancement

An enhancement to the Learning Provider Portal will place a warning message on the Portal Homepage to alert you when you have learners on the CoC work list who require action.

The warning message will read as follows: "You have learners who require action in the CoC Work list".

Payment Instalment Report defect resolved

We have resolved a defect with the Payment Instalment Report that was causing it to take longer than expected to refresh and populate the data overnight.

Information contained in your Payment Instalment Report will now be up to date each morning.

Learning Provider Portal Training Events - Register Now

We are running six training events in various locations around England in November. These events are aimed at new Learning Providers working with the Student Loans Company, new members of staff at an existing provider, staff who are new to an Advanced Learner Loan role or anyone requiring a refresher.

The training events provide an opportunity to receive training on business to business processes and the Learning Provider Portal (LP Portal) with a specific focus on the administration of Loans and LP Portal functionality.

Please view the Information Brochure for further details about the training events and how to register.

Alternatively you can visit our events registration website.

Please note that the Manchester session is now full. You can email events@slc.co.uk to be added to the waiting list.
