We have made an enhancement to the change of circumstances functionality on the Learning Provider Portal.
Users attempting to perform a change of circumstance where the new course start date is earlier than the Learning Aim start date will now be presented with the following error message:
"The Learning Aim you are attempting to transfer to is not funded from the learner's course start date. Please contact our Partners Support Desk on 0300 100 0643 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.”
Please check that your learners’ information is correct before submitting your initial attendance confirmations. For more information please refer to the 'Details you need to check’ Quick Guide on our website.
You should make sure that all available attendance confirmations on the worklist are submitted by Thursday 13 September to ensure payments are made to learners on the 19 September.
If you have not already done so please ensure that your organisation returns a signed Service and GDPR Agreement document to us as soon as possible.

The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) will publish the facility change request form on 14 September. For more information please refer to the ESFA‘s 2018/2019 Advanced learner Loans Funding and Performance Management rules.
We would like to remind you about the importance of maintaining correct contact and user information on the portal. This is to ensure that business-critical information is relayed to the nominated primary and secondary contacts. Where changes do occur, it is your responsibility to update the information held on the portal accordingly.

Following the success of our training events last autumn and your feedback at this year’s Learning Provider Seminar, we will be holding six further events this November.
You should attend if you're working at a new Learning Provider, you've recently joined an existing provider, you are new to an Advanced Learner Loan role or you would like a refresher.
We will send you a reminder when registration opens (expected in September) with details on how to register.
