Advanced Learner Loans Stakeholder Group

The Advanced Learner Loans Stakeholder Group is a joint group between Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Student Loans Company (SLC).

The purpose of the group is:

To bring external insights and provide expert advice regarding the Advanced Learner Loans Service
To provide feedback on service functionality and issues ‘on the ground’
To help identify risks and key issues and provide advice regarding mitigating actions in the delivery of the service
To provide specialist input into Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), specifically into the SLC’s and NCS’s websites content
To suggest future improvements and changes to the service
To support and SLC by providing communications channels direct to learners and learning providers
To update stakeholders on emerging policy regarding FE Loans and act as an informal channel for gathering feedback.

Specialist invitees from sector may attend, depending on agenda.
