What is LP Services?
We provide administration services to learning providers in support of the Advanced Learner Loan. The Learning Provider Portal is a secure website where the service runs.
The portal lets providers:
- view details of learners who have applied for Advanced Learner Loans
- confirm learners' ongoing attendance to release payment of their loans
- submit change of circumstance notifications
- use a full set of financial reports
Service definition and service agreement
Our service definition explains what providers can do in the Learning Provider Portal. It also defines our roles and responsibilities, as well as those of providers.
The service agreement defines the agreed commitments between us and learning providers to share information in the administration of Advanced Learner Loans. It is the point of reference for the service standards that apply to these commitments.
The service agreement is a template agreement that applies to all learning providers. Further education learning providers' membership organisations and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) have had input in the template.
