November fixed quarter

The November fixed quarter drawdown deadline is Thursday 11 November.

You need to submit attendance confirmations by this date to ensure payment on Wednesday 17 November. This will allow us to release payments for learners with a positive attendance confirmation.

If you confirm attendance after the drawdown date, we'll make payment the following month.

You should also submit confirmations of non-attendance and any change of circumstance notifications as soon as the new details have been defined. This helps us to ensure that learners are entering repayment at the correct time and that their funding is in line with their true entitlement.

Learning Provider Regional Service Review Forums – register now

The ALL Learning Provider Regional Service Review Forums will take place in November 2021. This year, we will run a mixed schedule of virtual and face-to-face events. You can find the full schedule of sessions and register on our Events website.

The face-to-face sessions and morning virtual sessions will run from 10am to 12.30pm. The afternoon virtual sessions will run from 2pm to 4.30pm.

Capacity will be limited at each forum, so there is a restriction of 2 attendees per provider.

Historical attendance confirmations

Please check the payment schedule and attendance report on the Learning Provider Portal for each academic year to administer any overdue attendance confirmations.

Please also check your CoC worklist to ensure you've administered all outstanding submissions.

October performance management review point

In line with ESFA funding rules, you'll be notified of the outcome of the October review point in the week commencing 8 November.

If you are awarded an increase to your loan facility, you'll receive an updated contract. You must digitally sign this before ESFA will tell us about the increase. Please do this as soon as possible.
