Service definition

The service definition explains what you can do in the Learning Provider Portal. It also defines our roles and responsibilities, as well as yours.

Service agreement

The service agreement defines the agreed commitments between us and learning providers to share information in the administration of Advanced Learner Loans. It is the point of reference for the service standards that apply to these commitments.

The service agreement is a template agreement that applies to all learning providers. Further education learning providers' membership organisations and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) have had input in the template. We must both follow these standards under ESFA’s Funding Rules for Advanced Learner Loans.
