Advanced Learner Loan - Learning Provider Portal Training Events
The Advanced Learner Loan Account Managers hosted a series of training events in May 2021. These events focussed on business-to-business processes and the Learning Provider Portal (LP Portal) with a specific focus on the administration of loans, financial reporting, and complex interactions.
The events were tailored to meet a range of training needs and were split into Beginner, Intermediate/Advanced and Financial Reporting sessions. There were also pre-training modules available to all attendees.
