Learning provider contacts

Creating contacts


An image of the learning provider details page, open on the contacts tab.

  1. Go to the portal Home page and select the Learning Provider Details tab.
  2. Select Contacts and then Create Contact.
  3. Enter the new contact details.
  4. Choose the contact roles from the list. Check a box to select a role or deselect it to remove the role.
  5. When you've finished, select Save.

All fields are mandatory. If you have entered something incorrectly or left fields blank, you may see an error message.

A portal user can be a primary business contact or a secondary business contact, but not both. They can have any number of other contact roles.
