Learning Provider CoC

You may need to use this CoC if a learner wants to undertake a learning aim with a different provider. You cannot submit this CoC with any other CoCs.

We do not expect you to tell us every time a learner changes provider. We expect the learner to manage this information.

1. Go to the Change of Circumstance tab and select the Learning Provider CoC.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the new learning provider name. The system will search for possible matches across all learning providers.
   
   
3. Select the correct learning provider from the search results.
   
   
4. Select Next to complete the CoC details and submit the CoC.
